I love the enthusiasm of the running community and helping others to achieve their goals. I have a wealth of running knowledge from my own experiences, moving from 5 mile and 10km distances to endurance running.
My personal running journey has seen me go from being an unfit, overweight student DJ to running well over 30 marathons and ultra marathons, finishing in podium positions. My half marathon time has improved from 1:59:05 to 1:18:13 and my marathon time from 3:20:37 to 2:42:18.
I’m an England Athletics Leader in Running Fitness and have helped runners of all abilities to achieve their goals. I work with runners to develop personal training plans, deliver training sessions and help them to achieve their best performances.
Whether you’re looking to get out onto the trails for the first time, in need of a bespoke training plan or moving up to a new distance for the first time, I provide individual consultations that will help you along the way.
