I love the enthusiasm of the running community and helping others to achieve their goals. I have a wealth of running knowledge from my own experiences of progressing from 5 mile and 10km distances to endurance running.

My personal running journey has seen me go from being an unfit, overweight student DJ to running well over 30 marathons and ultra marathons, finishing in podium positions. My half marathon time has improved from 1:59:05 to 1:18:13 and my marathon time from 3:20:37 to 2:42:18.

As an England Athletics Leader in Running Fitness I have helped runners of all abilities to achieve their goals through developing personal training plans, delivering training sessions focussed on them achieving their best performances.

Whether you’re looking to get out onto the trails for the first time, in need of a bespoke training plan or moving up to a new distance, I provide individual consultations that will help you along the way.
